The measurements below are for an American Women's Size 7. You will see a plus measurement after each, add this for each size above size 7... EXAMPLE: If calf circumference for size-7 is 15.75...add .4 inches each size larger, then for size 10, add 3 x .4=1.2 inches...so Size 10 calf circ.=APPROX. 16.95 inches...and so on.
